Role and Responsibilities

· Represent Sol R US with the highest ethical standards

· Respond to inbound leads, schedule meetings and qualify prospects 

· Generate leads through outbound sales & marketing efforts and referral programs

· Log contact attempts and activity in Salesforce  

· Determine suitability of sites using proprietary tools and satellite technology

· Develop initial solar design and proposal 

· Guide quality prospects through the solar installation process

· Articulate the value of our company with emphasis on quality and integrity

· Negotiate final contract and work with operations to schedule install

· Build customer loyalty with strong customer service skills 


Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

· Persistent sales work ethic to exhaust all leads

· Self-motivated and driven to work hard 

· Willingness to learn the solar industry and rapidly changing technologies

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

· Salesforce knowledge considered an asset, but not required

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission 

General Manager

Role and Responsibilities

· Manage the day-to-day office operations 

· Pull permits from local building departments  

· Submit Net Metering Applications (NMA) 

· Attend inspections and get permission to operate 

· Set up monitoring systems 

· Follow-up on customer service requests

· Build customer loyalty with strong customer service skills 


Qualifications

· Minimum 5 years of leadership experience

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

· Self-motivated and driven to work hard 

· Willingness to learn the solar industry and rapidly changing technologies

· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

- Solar knowledge required an asset, but not required
